What MyAddi can and can’t do — please read this before relying on it.
MyAddi is not an emergency service
If someone is seriously unwell, call your local emergency number straight away. Save My Life helps, it doesn’t replace that call.
Follow your care plan
Dose changes and sick-day rules come from your care team. MyAddi reminds you of the plan you enter; it doesn’t decide it.
Reminders can fail
Phones run out of battery, notifications get turned off. Keep a backup plan for important doses.
Keep your details current
Emergency kit location, contacts and medical ID only help if they’re up to date.
